Individual Therapy: $175
Home Therapy Visits
I run a mobile practice, which means I come to you rather than working out of a traditional office. Sessions take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at a time that works with your schedule.
Many clients find that meeting in a familiar space, rather than a clinical office, helps them settle in more easily and feel more at ease throughout the session. This model also allows me to keep more flexibility in scheduling and to bring therapy directly to people who might otherwise face barriers to care, whether due to mobility, transportation, scheduling demands, or simply a preference for staying home.
Sessions are $175. An additional travel fee may apply for locations outside my standard service area, based on distance. Please contact me directly with your address for an accurate quote, and I'll work with you to find an arrangement that's fair for both of us.

Payment & Insurance
I operate as a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows me to keep more flexibility in how I structure care — without the constraints, paperwork, or diagnostic requirements that insurance companies often impose on treatment.
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
As a prelicensed therapist (LMSW) working under supervision, I'm typically not eligible for insurance reimbursement, including through out-of-network or superbill submissions. Most insurance plans require a fully licensed provider for reimbursement purposes. If you have specific questions about your plan, I'd recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm.
